Dr. Tower is a 2009 graduate of the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, served as the inaugural APMA Public Health Fellow at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice, has earned two master’s degrees in public health and health-care administration and management, and was this year’s recipient of the APMA Rising Star Award. She has been employed by the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in the department of Orthopedics prior to joining the American Podiatric Medical Association as Director of Clinical Affairs.
